HC Syria was founded in 2010 as a joint venture between HC Securities & Investments (HCSI), a regional investment bank based ino Cairo Egypt that was founded by Mr. Hussein Choucri in 1996, and two leading Syrian businessmen Mr. Fuad Aref Lahham and Mr. Razek Mammarbachi
HC Syria offers a wide range of investment banking and financial advisory services and is licensed by the Syrian Commission on Financial Markets & Securities (SCFMS), as of October 2010. Our mission is to capitalize on Syria’s competitive advantage as a regional hub to create opportunities for leading Syrian companies to engage with multinational firms.
